We reserve the right to change or withdraw the services we offer at any point, without accepting any liability should these services become unavailable at any point.
We also reserve the right to terminate any membership (customer or supplier) should we feel they are in breach of disclosing any information deemed confidential to any third party such as passwords, access to the website or discounted price offers for direct sales.
You will not modify, adapt, translate derivate work from, amend or alter any part of the service; in addition you must not extract or use any of the content from our site without first emailing us for permission.
All payments made either online or over the phone will be processed via Paypal on a secured internet connection if you are purchasing at a Vintage fair, market or one of our affiliated vendors then other payment methods are available depending on the venue.. Other methods may become available of time.
At any point we may choose to refuse any transaction for any reason at our sole discretion, and as such we will not be deemed liable to you or any third party for that refusal.
Postage and packing is set against the current Royal Mail pricing structure, and is sent as Standard First Class delivery. Customers can request special deliver or a courier service but this will incur an additional cost dependant on the service required and will be discussed on ordering. We also ship internationally but the customer incurs the cost of shipping and any taxes and duty.
All orders are made to order unless otherwise stated and take a maximum or 2 weeks to make and ship, if you need your order for a specific date please get in touch before ordering so that Bunny Pumpkin Boutique can endeavour to deliver to you for this specific date.
Custom order delivery times will be discussed with the customer prior to payment.
5.ONLINE BUYING CONDITIONS:
Online orders can be made directly via email or phone or via our etsy shop www.etsy.com/shop/bunyypumpkinboutique
Bespoke/custom: Customers can request for items to be modified either in colour or design as well as different heel heights but this is to be discussed before the order is placed and cannot infringe on other companies or trademarks designs, patents or copyrights.
Customers can also have items designed specifically for them as a one off bespoke product but this is to be discussed before the order is placed and cannot infringe on other companies or trademarks designs, patents or copyrights. Prices for this service will be discussed before an order is made and any price quotation is valid for 14 days.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide Bunny Pumpkin Boutique with the correct information before manufacture commences, specifically with regards to sizing information. If you need help with correct sizing information to ensure the perfect fit then you can email us at email@example.com and we will send you a sizing guide. All of our shoes are made at standard UK sizing and therefore need to know your exact size if you are not a standard size i.e Wide fitting, half sizes/
Prices for in house designs are set on our website and etsy shop but custom orders will be priced per order and will be fully discussed with a customer before an order is processed.
8.CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS (inc refunds)
In house designs are made to order and can only be refunded if faulty not fit for purpose and will be refunded within 14 days, it is the customer responsibility to ensure the item is ordered in the correct size.
Custom orders – Should a customer request a bespoke or custom order, made to their own requested specifications, then a cancellation/return will not be accepted. This is unless the specifications have NOT been adhered to, or have not been given the customers consent to make any changes outside of the specific specifications listed at the time of purchase.
All goods and services meet the requirements of the Sale of Goods Act 1979.

The contract between Bunny Pumpkin Boutique and the customer is formed when the customer accepts the price stated including any postage/discounts and makes a payment. It ends 14 working days after the product has been received or service concluded. The contract may be extended in relation to faulty products. If in doubt please contact email@example.com
